VISIONEXT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") collects the following personal information from users while signing up for the service use to provide customer inquiry.
For details, please review the ‘Personal Information Usage Status’ below. In case there is any conflict regarding contents or understanding between the Policy and this Agreement,
the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement shall prevail.

ο Optional Information : Phone no., nationality, job title
□ Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The company use the collected personal information for the following purposes.
ο Gather information for detailed answers to inquiries and management of future inquiries
□ Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys your personal information as follows without delay when the purpose of its collection and use is achieved.
However, the following information will be retained for the specified period for the following reasons.
ο Items to be retained : ID, name, phone no., company name, email, IP address
ο Basis for preservation : Service usage record and content confirmation
ο Retention Period : 3 years

However, your use of services would be partly limited in case you refuse to give consent as this information is necessary for the provision of services.
